本文根据当前计量技术发展的现状,结合天津市电力公司自动化系统的特点、应用,指出本课题研究的目的与意义,通过对天津市电力公司项目内容、运行、维护情况的介绍,展示了其自动化系统运行维护管理水平和效率,对电能计量行业具有重要的影响。

This paper pointed out the purpose and significance of this research according to the current status of the development of measurement technology and combining with the characteristics,application of automation systems in Tianjin Electric Power Company, the maintenance management level and efficiency of its automation systems are illustrated through the introduction of project content,operation,maintenance cases of Tianjin Electric Power Company,which has an important impact on the electricity metering industry.
