摘要
针对当前楼宇管理的智能化需求,结合当前物联网技术的特点,提出一种基于物联网技术的楼宇智能管理平台。根据楼宇管理的特点,提出楼宇智能管理平台的设计原则,并在原则的指引下,对智能楼宇管理平台的整体架构、网络部署、整体运行逻辑、平台数据接口、路以协议等进行全面的设计与阐述,从而实现了楼宇的全方位的监控,并实现楼宇故障的报警与定位。最后通过测试,验证了平台的可行性。
In view of the current intelligent demand of building management,combined with the characteristics of the current Internet of things technology,a building intelligent management platform based on Internet of things technology is proposed. According to the characteristics of the building management proposed the design principle of the intelligent building management platform,and under the guidance of the principle,to the overall building intelligent management platform architecture,network deployment,overall operation logic,platform data interface, road to protocol were comprehensive design and explained,in order to achieve the building of a full range of monitoring, and the realization of building fault alarm and positioning.Finally, the feasibility of the platform is verified by testing.
