随着无线电技术的迅速发展,无线通信已广泛应用于各个行业,随之而来的各种无线电干扰及非法电台的使用也应运而生,特别是水上无线电干扰的存在,直接影响到了海上的通信安全。因此加强水上无线电监测系统化建设具有重要的现实意义。
