本文通过对焊丝层绕机的工艺要求、控制系统的分析,阐述了在收放卷上应用PLC运算和PID调节的方式来控制变频器,以实现恒速恒张力功能,改造后提升了机器的性能和工作效率,取得良好的效果。

In this paper,the process of layer of wire winding machine, control system analysis,elaborates the rollout in application of PLC operation and PID regulation way to control the frequency converter, in order to achieve constant speed constant tension function, after transformation, enhance the performance of the machine and working efficiency,achieve good results.
