摘要
随着我国电力企业的不断发展,需要具有高素质的人才投身于这项工作。然而现阶段我国电力企业内训师培训机制还不够完善。本文对我国供电企业内训师的现状进行了分析,并且就其存在的问题提出了一些改进建议。
With the continuous development of China's power enterprises,the need for high-quality personnel to join in this work.However,the internal trainer training mechanism of China's power enterprises at this stage is still not perfect.In this paper,the status quo of China power supply enterprises internal trainers are analyzed,and the existing problems put forward some suggestions for improvement.
