基于机械加工的深孔加工技术探析

Analysis of deep hole machining technology based on mechanical processing

随着社会进步和经济发展,我国在科学技术层面也有了很大进步,对于机械加工方面也有了更深的要求,特别是机械加工中的深孔加工技术,深孔加工是孔加工中的重要加工形式,占孔加工中的四成左右,因此,要重视机械加工中的深孔加工技术。本文对机械加工的深孔加工技术特点进行说明,并且对深孔加工技术要点进行了详细分析。

With the social progress and economic development of our country in science and technology level has made great progress,especially for mechanical processing has more requirements,especially the deep hole processing technology in mechanical processing,deep processing is an important processing form in hole machining,machining of the hole accounted for about 40%,therefore,attention should be paid to the deep hole processing technology in mechanical processing.In this paper,the characteristics of deep hole machining technology are described, and the main points of deep hole processing technology are analyzed in detail.
