摘要
电网的运行,在较大程度上会受到配网工程建设质量的影响。基于这种认识,本文对配网工程项目管理的创优控制原则和策略展开了探讨,以期通过采取科学的控制策略加强工程项目的质量管理,继而使配网工程更好的发挥功能。
The operation of the power grid,to a large extent,will be affected by the quality of the distribution network project construction.Based on this understanding,this article on the network project management quality control principles and strategies are discussed,in order to take control of a scientific strategy to strengthen the project quality management,and then make the distribution network engineering function better.
