关于普通高校动画专业学生培养的思考

我国动画产业发展的过程中近年来一直隐藏着一个不变的现象;虽然毕业的动画专业学生逐年增加,但是我国动画产业确没有得到很好改善;各个动画企业还是"人才缺乏"很难找到满足其发展阶段所需要的专业性人才,针对这个现象各高校应该做出强有力的回应。

The development of animation industry in China in recent years has been hidden in the process of a constant phenomenon;Although graduation animation students increased year by year,but China's animation industry did not get very good improvement;Each animation enterprises still lack 'talent' is very difficult to find needed to meet its stage of development of professional talents,aiming at this phenomenon,universities should make a strong response.
