本文通过锅炉外墙改造,对能耗进行跟踪分析,认为改变锅炉墙体构造,能有效提升热能利用,可实现节能降耗目的,这对企业控制生产制造成本,促进企业发展具有举足轻重的作用。同时对于其他行业的设备工艺改进具有借鉴作用;对于锅炉制造或改造具有参考价值。

In this paper,through the transformation of the boiler wall,track and analysis of energy consumption,that changing the boiler wall structure, can effectively improve the utilization of heat,can achieve the purpose of energy saving,the production cost control of enterprises,plays an important role in promoting the development of enterprises.At the same time for other industries to improve the process of equipment has a reference role for the boiler manufacturing or transformation of a reference value.
