摘要
技术发展的日新月异,为供电服务水平提升奠定了稳固的技术基础,本文通过研究将人脸识别技术应用于集控式营业厅自助终端,把原有使用门槛较高的自助终端机智能化,改变单一按键的输入模式,使客户完全解放双手无需任何手动输入操作即可开始业务的办理,降低智能终端的使用门槛,提供便利的供电服务,有效缩短人均操作时间,提高服务质量和服务效率。
The rapid development of technology has laid a solid technical foundation for the improvement of power supply service level. In this paper, we apply face recognition technology to the self-service terminal of centralized control hall, and make the self-service terminal with high threshold,to change the input mode of single button, so that customers completely free hands without any hand-lose operation can start the business and reduce the use of intelligent terminal threshold,providing convenient power supply services,effectively shortening the per capita operating time,improve service quality and service efficiency.
