摘要
以某型集成模块测试系统为例介绍了自动测试系统的组成,并按照系统组成,从软件方面讨论了在实施过程中提高测试效率的各种方法,切实缩减了测试时间,提高了测试效率。
This paper taking an integrated module test system for example introduces the constituent parts of ATS,and in the way of software,discusses the methods that can improve the effectiveness in the testing process.These mentioned ways have been in use,which have reduced the acting time and improved the effectiveness actually.
