供液流量对射流雾化冷却性能的影响关系

摘要 针对射流雾化冷却技术的散热机理,从理论和测试实验方面分析供液流量对射流雾化冷却技术散热性能影响关系。在理论方面,分析得供液流量大小会影响到芯片的临界热流密度和散热效率。在测试实验方面,以芯片的表面温度作为衡量射流雾化冷却散热性能的评价依据,通过改变流量大小分析其对射流雾化冷却的影响。 Based on the cooling mechanism of the spraying atomization cooling technology, analysis how the flux effect on the cooling performance of the spraying atomization cooling technology via the theory analyse and the experiment. As the cooling theory analysis, the coolant flux affects the CHF and the cooling efficiency. In the experiment, use the chip's surface temperature as the measure standard of the spray cooling efficiency. By changing the flux of the coolant, analysis the flux working on the cooling efficiency.
