The Design of MOSFET Drive Ciruit in Half-Bridge Inverter

基于半桥拓扑结构的特点,得出了MOS管驱动电路的基本要求,重点分析了MOS管驱动电路各分电路的设计参数,实验验证了驱动电路的合理性。

Based on the structure of Half-Bridge Inverter, the process of driving MOSFET is analyzed in this paper. According to the applying and character of MOSFET in Half-Bridge Inverter. Especially focus on the study the theory of the isolated MOSFET drive circuit, the rationality of the way to design isolated MOSFET drive circuit are proved by experimentation.
