摘要
数字PCR作为第三代PCR技术,主要是在扩增单分子的基础上对核酸拷贝数进行绝对性定量的样品检测技术,具有非常高的灵敏度。近年来,随着科学技术的进步和医疗卫生技术水平的改善提高,微流控技术作为一种先进的技术,促使着数字PCR平台的产生。但是现有的数字PCR平台类型主要是芯片型和液滴型,不仅操作费用昂贵,且需要进行外接的相关配套控制系统以及管路众多,这便在很大程度上严重制约了我国生命科学领域中对于数字PCR技术的广泛应用。
