摘要
测试是筛选试验中检验元器件性能的核心手段,是检验在经过各种试验项目后元器件电气性能是否完好的唯一方法。本文通过对DC-DC电源模块的原理性能,主要测试指标、测试模型进行分析研究,基于I9000电源模块测试系统,利用通用硬件资源,开发通用型测试环境、测试夹具,实现全面、可靠、符合要求的测试手段和方法,解决目前电源模块参数测试不全面、测试效率低以及大批量、多种类、多封装形式DC-DC电源模块测试需求的问题。
As core approach of inspecting component performance in screening method, the test is regarded as the optimum method to inspect whether electrical performance of the component is perfect? By analyzing and researching principle performance, main test specifications, and test model of DC-DC power supply module, the program based on I9000 power module test system utilizes general hardware resources and develops general test environment and test jigs, so as to realize comprehensive and reliable test method and approach complying with requirement and solve current problems of power module test with un-comprehensive parameters and low test efficiency and DC-DC power supply module test requirements with large batches, multiple categories, and varied encapsulation forms?
