摘要
公交车在更换电池行驶约15分钟后,出现冒烟、起火等现象。本文通过宏观检查、电压检测、剩磁检测、金相分析、高温试验等手段进行分析。最终发现由于电池箱内部的正极导线和负极端子导线紧邻,负极端子与电池托架负极插孔未有效接触,致使在车辆运行时,负极端子产生高温,导致电池箱连接器处的绝缘材料和负极端子与正极导线相接触的绝缘材料烧熔,发生一次短路,引起电池箱起火。本文所用的分析方法有助于科技人员根据失效模式的表象分析出具体的失效原因。
