摘要 本文从民航旅客服务系统的交易技术框架入手,分别介绍了核心交易模型的三级结构、交易内容以及模型特点,对民航旅客服务系统的整体技术框架进行了详细介绍。结合当今民航市场的业务发展和需求变化,对旅客服务系统在建设和运行过程中所遇到的关键技术以及解决方法进行了总结,包括核心交易模型对技术的要求、复杂事物的数据模型表达以及高并发核心交易全局处理。以航空领域的旅客服务系统模型的典型性特征和实践探索,阐述对于整个交通行业信息技术的通用借鉴作用。 This article introduces the central transaction model architecture of aviation passenger service system, including three levels of transaction model, contents of transactions and their features.With the business and requirements of aviation market changing, the author summarizes the key technologies and solutions during the developing and running period of the passenger service system, such as the technical requirements of central transaction model, complicated data model design and global transaction control in high-concurrency environment.This article's general exposition of the aviation passenger service system's features and experience could be referenced by the transportation industry IT system development.
