为了提高加工精度和产线的智能化,设计了工件表面各类缺陷检测系统,采用线性CCD获取图像,对图像进行处理,采用DCT变换方法对缺陷特征提取,实验结果表明,该系统可以有效实现零件精加工自动化生产线在线缺陷检测。

So we have to find them from line CCD scanned images? In this paper, we employ Discrete Cosine Transform(DCT) as feature extraction and test several transformations of input images to set input vector? We also discuss tradeoff between detection accuracy and computation time?
