异化翻译与归化翻译是翻译中一对对立统一的翻译方法,在翻译过程中不可缺一,但应以异化为主。这种观点是以翻译的本质是传达异域思想和表达法为理据建立的。

Foreignizing translation and domesticating translation are a pair of contradictory but unitive ways in translation. The former one takes the major role, each of the two is indispensable, though. To form this opinion is based on the nature of translation that translation is to transmit ideas and ways of expressions of other countries.
