摘要
本文以具有原始性唯一性的第一手资料徽州民国元年到民国三十八的土地卖契为根据,论证了上手契在民国期间并没有注销作废而退出法律领域。
On the basis of some contracts of land sale, which are also the original, sole and firsthand materials available from the first to the thirty-eighth year in the Republic of China, this article expounds and proves that the Original Contract hadn't been cancelled and withdraw from the field of law.
