关于加强高等学校思想政治工作的思考

思想政治工作是中国共产党实现对高等学校领导的基本途径。思想政治工作的生命在于其针对性。思想政治工作者应该从高等学校的实际出发不断创新思想政治工作的方法和手段。文章分析了高等学校思想政治工作的目标和内容 ,阐述了理论武装、目标激励、利益驱动、关怀解困、道德约束、典型示范、层次递进、环境熏陶等思想政治工作的基本方法。

Ideological and political work is the basic approach to realization of the leadership of the Communist Party of China in colleges and universities.The work must be targeted and those engaged in this work must conˉstantly bring forth newways and methods in their work in viewof the practical situation there.This paper analyses the goal and contents of the work and makes an exposition of the basic approaches including theory studying,goal inspiration,interests prompting,consideration taking,moral restriction,model demonstration,environment influˉence etc.
