“党的基层组织是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。”只有充分发挥党支部在社会基层组织中的战斗堡垒作用 ,才能不断巩固党的执政地位 ,增强党的凝聚力和战斗力 ,不断发扬党的优良传统 ,使党的路线、方针、政策成为人民群众的自觉行动。离退休工作同样需要老干党支部充分发挥基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用 ,需要离退休党员继续发扬党的优良传统和作风 ,团结和带领全体离退休老同志实现身体健康、思想常新、理想永存。

Party organs are the base of all the work and combat capability of the Party'.Only by fully playing the role of Party branches in all social organizations as the fighting bastions can the leading position of the Party be consolidated and the guideline,principles and policies of the Party become the conscious action of the masses.In the work for the retirees,it is also necessary for the Party branch to play the role of a fighting bastion,carry forward the fine tradition of the Party,unite and lead all the retirees to the realization of keeping healthy,renewing ideas and preserving high ideals.
