摘要
三语教育是新世纪对民族地区基础教育中少数民族母语、汉语、英语语言教育的概括。文章分为“什么是三语教育”、“三语教育的内容”、“师资与研究人才的培养”三个部分。简要分析了三语教育各自的功能及其相互关系 ,申述了更新教学观念和教学改革的内容 ,提出了建立语言学院以培养少数民族汉语、英语教学的专业教师和研究人才 ,发挥西部地区多种民族语言资源的优势 ,推动国内第二语言教学理论和语言学理论的研究。
The tri-lingual education refers to the teaching of native language,Chinese language and English language in elementary education in the regions of national minorities.This paper makes an initial analysis of the function of each language teaching as well as their inter-relations.The author suggests that the concept and contents of teaching be renewed and that the study of second language teaching and linguistics be pushed forward by establishing a language institute for the teachers and researchers in this field.
