摘要
本文研究了在扩散渗铝时钢中铝的传递过程。对渗铝过程中可能发生的化学反应进行了热力学计算,根据热力学原理及扩散原理,研究了渗剂中铝向钢件表面传递的过程,并推导出估算碳钢渗铝层表面铝浓度的方法,应用此法计算所得数值与实测值基本吻合。考虑Fe-Al-C三元系的互扩散系数随铝浓度变化的规律,根据Fick扩散定律,研究了铝原子在钢件内的扩散迁移过程,提出了用于计算渗铝层铝浓度分布方法及数学方程,计算数值与实际测量结果非常接近。
In the present work, aluminum transport during the aluminzation of steel has been studied. Through the thermodynamical analysis, the reactions which may occur during aluminization have been determined. According to the princi-ples of thermodynamics and the principles of diffusion, the aluminum trans-port from the powder to the surface of the steel has been studied and a method which evaluates the aluminum concentration on the surface of the coating has been developed. The method prediced the surface aluminum concentration in agreement with experimental data. According to Fick's law, the aluminum atom transport in the steel has been studied with the measured interdiffusion coefficients in Fe-Al-C system, and a method and mathmatical equations predicting the distribution of aluminum concentration through the cross-section of the coating have been put forward. The calculated data with this method were in good agreement with the measured data.
