摘要
在阐述临床科室主任及其绩效评价的重要性的前提下,对临床科室科主任医疗工作考核进行了分析,创建了临床科主任绩效考核的指标体系。
Based on expounding the importance of clinical department directors and their performance evaluation, the examinationof clinical department directors' medical work were analyzed. The index system of clinical department directors' performance evalu-ation was created.
