摘要
药物经济学研究与评价在我国起步与应用较晚,目前尚无系统评价体系在功能上支持政府报销定价决策,研究质量的高低将直接决定该学科的采信度。为了正确的比较和评价药物经济学研究成果的质量与可信度,文章对值得关注的研究要素进行了总结和分析,并对研究质量评定的方法进行了讨论。
The study and evaluation on Pharmacoeconomics(PE) started not early in China. There was no systematical evaluation system could functionally support government reimbursement pricing decision. The quality of study decided the reliability of the subject. To correctly compare and evaluate the quality and reliability of PE research, the key elements were summarized and analyzed and the quality estimation was discussed.
