基于五步循环改进法的医疗绩效评价模式探讨

Discussion on Medical Performance Evaluation Model Based on the Five Step Cycle Improvement Method

针对目前医疗绩效评价模式存在的问题,借鉴美国医疗机构评审国际联合委员会JCA评审成功经验,将五步循环改进法引入医疗绩效评价,提出了基于五步循环改进法的医疗绩效评价模式实施方法,阐述了五步循环改进法在医疗绩效评价中的实施效果。

Aiming at the existing problems of medical performance evaluation model, taking the successful experiences of the medi-cal institutions USA JCA international joint commission on the accreditation review, the five step cycle improvement method was intro-duced into the medical performance evaluation. The implementation method of medical performance evaluation mode based on fivestep cycle improvement method was proposed, and the implementation effects of five step cycle improvement method in medical perfor-mance evaluation was described as well.
