新疆县级公立医院规模及布局建设的调查分析

Investigation on Scale and Layout of County-Level Public Hospitals in Xinjiang

目的:了解新疆县级公立医院规模和布局建设的进展情况。方法:收集78家新疆县级医院的数据,采用统计描述的方法进行分析。结果:(1)与2010年相比,2013年新疆县级公立医院医技人员、资产规模、床位数、服务量及收入逐步增长;(2)单次诊疗成本和单次住院成本呈逐年上升的趋势。结论:(1)新疆县级医院区域分布不合理,需要完善医院布局;(2)"看病难"、"看病贵"的问题依然存在。

Objective:To realize the development condition of scale and layout of county-level public hospitals in Xinjiang.Methods:The data was collected from 78 county-level hospitals in Xinjiang. Statistical description method was applied to process the anal-ysis.Results:(1) Compared with 2010,Medical Technician,assets,beds,service quantity and income in county-level hospitals of Xin-jiang raised by steps;(2) each outpatient cost and each inpatient cost were in rising trend by years.Conclusion:(1) Regional distribu-tion of county–level hospitals in Xinjiang was not rational,which should be improved.(2) The problems of 'difficult to visit the doc-tor' and 'expensive to get medical service' still existed.
