摘要
目的:分析重庆市与广东省两地不同版本护理项目的构成及差异,为护理项目价格调整工作提供参考依据。方法:对两地不同版本护理项目的构成及差异进行对比。结果:护理项目设置数量比例偏低,两地不同版本护理项目之间比价关系不正常,护理项目收费标准普遍偏低。结论:建议在制定护理项目价格时,应遵循医疗服务价值规律,做好科学的成本测算,使护理的技术劳务价值得到应有体现。
Objective:To analyze the composition and differences between different nursing versions of the two places so as to provide references for the price adjustment of nursing items.Methods:Compare the differences of the different versions of the nursingitems in the two places.Results:The number of nursing items was low. The price relations of the different versions of the nursingitems in the two places were abnormal. The nursing item charging regulation was generally low.Conclusion:While designing nursingitem prices, it was suggested that the value regulation of medical services should be followed and scientific cost estimation should beimplemented so that the labor value of nursing technique get the deserved reflect.
