经济学中“四只手”的理论对我国医疗改革的启示

Enlightenment of “The Four Hands” Theory in Economics to Medical Reform in China

围绕我国医改中涉及的问题,应用经济学中"四只手"的理论("看不见的右手"——市场,"看得见的右手"——政府,"看得见的左手"——企业,"看不见的左手"——共容利益),深入解析"看病难、看病贵"的根本原因,进而探讨医疗服务市场中有关这"四只手"的作用及对中国医改的启示。分析表明,要达到医疗资源的优化配置和降低医疗总费用,实现医患和谐,"四只手"必须各司其职,发挥长处,规避其缺陷,同时各只"手"必须均衡发展,比例协调。

From the perspective of 'The Four Hands' Theory in economics, including 'the invisible right hand'(market), 'the visible hand'(government), 'the visible left hand'(enterprise) and 'the invisible left hand'(encompassing interest), it focused on the problems involved in medical reform in China, and thoroughly analyzed the root causes of 'difficult to see doctors and expensive medical treatment', and explored the role of these 'four hands' in medical service market and the enlightenment to medical reform in China. The research showed that 'The Four Hands' should perform the duty, develop in a balanced way and coordinate proportion so as to perform the optimizing allocation of medical resources and decreasing the total medical expenses.
