摘要
通过对青岛市二级以上公立医院财务岗位设置及人员配备情况的调研分析发现,总会计师制度未完全落地,财务岗位设置及人员配备、人员素质不能满足现代医院管理制度要求。建议落实总会计师制度,实现财务职能转型,创新优化财务岗位设置,建设新型公立医院财务人员队伍。
By analyzing the financial post setting and staffing of secondary public hospitals above in Qingdao, the system of chief accountant had not been implemented completely, and financial post setting, staffing and personnel quality could not meet the requirements of modern hospital management system. It was suggested to implement the system of chief account fully, achieve financial function transformation, innovate and optimize financial post setting, and establish a new type of public hospital financial staff.
