我国老年人日常照护安排及其效果研究——基于CLHLS数据的实证分析

Research on the daily care arrangement and its effect for the aged in China——Empirical analysis based on CLHLS data

利用中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查(CLHLS)2014年的截面数据,将影响老年人日常照护安排的影响因素概括为个体特征、健康状况、家庭禀赋和社区为老服务供给等四个方面,针对正式照护和非正式照护两种进行二分类Logistic回归分析,比较了老年人照护安排的影响因素。针对老年人对于照护方式的选择效果采用交互分析法进行χ2检验。分析结果表明,个体特征、健康状况、经济状况、不同照护资源以及照护资源的可及性均会对老年人的日常照护安排选择和照护效果有显著性影响。为此,针对老年人照护问题提出以下建议:发展老年照护产业,实现照护产品精准化;提供差异化日常照护服务,构建多层次的社会照护服务体系;降低日常照护费用,建立长期护理保险制度;提高社会照料服务的时效性和专业性,提升服务质量。

The cross-sectional data about Chinese Longitudinal Health Longevity Survey(CLHLS)in2014 indicated that the influence factors the daily care arrangements of the elderly are summarized as four aspects:individual characteristics,health status,family condition and community supply for the elderly service.From the empirical view is introduced into the model of Logistic,the influence factors of elder care arrangement between formal mode and informal mode were compared.The interactive analysis method was used to test the effect on the choice of care for the elderly.According to the research findings,the four factors above have significant influence on the choice of daily care arrangement and the effect of care for the elderly.Therefore,the following recommendations are proposed for the care of the elderly:develop the elderly care industry and achieve the care products precision;provide personalized daily care services and build a multi-level social care service system;reduce the cost of routine care and establish a long-term care insurance system,improve the timeliness and professionalism of social care services and improve service quality.
