高速钢中残余奥氏体定量的穆斯堡尔效应研究

摘要 本文研究了M2高速钢在两种热处理后的残余奥氏体量(A_R)。对比了穆斯堡尔谱的透射法、背散射X光法和X射线衍射法的测量结果。对于两种热处理后钢中的碳化物MC量用透射穆斯堡尔谱和定量金相法作了测量。实验结果表明用三种方法得到的残余奥氏体量是相近的、可比的。两种方法测得的碳化物MC的量也约略相等。 The retained austenite (A_R) in M2 high speed steel in two different heat treated states has been quantitatively measured by transmission and backscattering X-ray Mossbauer spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction method.On the same time, the content of MC carbide in two heat treated samples has been measured by transmission Mossbauer spectroscopy and quantitative metallography. It is shown that the results of A_R measured by three methods are comparable each other, the content of M_6C carbide measured by transmission Mossbauer spectroscopy accords with the results acquired by metallographical method.
