摘要
国际工程承包历来被认为是一项"高风险事业"。由于它独有的国际性特征,涉及到广泛的行业领域,因而潜在着许多不定的风险因素。正确地分析、预测和防范风险是国际工程承包成功的关键所在。介绍国际工程承包中存在的各种风险及其防范措施,期望能对从事国际工程施工的同行有所裨益。
The internationally contracted construction projects have always been considered as sorts of highly venturesome undertakings. Characterized by the internationality and involved with broad range of different industries, the projects potentially have lots of uncertain risks. The correct analysis, prediction of and prevention against the risks are those that are critical to the successful completion of the projects. In this paper, various kinds of risks and preventive measures are presented. It is expected that the presentation herewith will be helpful to those engaging in the construction of the internationally contracted projects.
