This article introduces a new type of testing instrument to test heat transmitting properties of fabrics,of which the testing principle is based on the method of analyzing the difference in temperature on the same calefaction heat quantity. The heat insulation ratio and difference of calefactive ratio are introduced to describe the heat transmitting properties of fabrics.The testing results accord with that tested by the method for warmth retention property.
