书院制与高等学校育人功能的实现

Classical Academy System and the Realization of Educating Functions in Universities

针对育人功能的弱化,当前我国不少高校开始推行书院制改革。这种改革以全人教育理念为指导,建立在学生宿舍基础上的生活社区育人平台,有利于从指导思想和源头上解决当代大学生教育模式重"管"轻"育"、教学与育人相分离、学习与生活分离,漠视学生需求等弊端,更好的实现培养全人的目标,顺应我国本科教育内涵提升的改革要求。

Due to the weakening of educating functions,classical academy system has been carried out in many universities in China.This new educating mode gives up the original class-based student managing system and builds up a cultivating platform of community on the basis of student dormitory,which will help to solve the disadvantages of ignoring students' needs and separating teaching from cultivating talents.This paper analyses the cultivating patterns of talents in classical academy system from the aspect of theoretical basis,operating mechanism,rising reasons and influences,also gives some suggestions about the development of classical academy system.
