从"根叔"曾建议取消学报到编辑部体制改革,无不反映了目前学报在发展中存在的诸多问题。在文化体制改革的背景下,《服饰导刊》率先从学报改为专业学术期刊,很好地呼应了"根叔"的想法,也顺应了高校期刊改革的总体思路。本文从《服饰导刊》改名的背景、学术支撑出发,详细分析了其办刊思路并提出了切实可行的刊物发展思路,为今后刊物的发展理清了脉络。
