摘要
通过对木棉纤维进行常温和高温碱处理,测试了纤维的失重率及吸湿率,采用扫描电镜、红外光谱、X-衍射光谱、紫外光分光光度仪等分析手段,研究了常温碱处理和高温碱处理对木棉纤维表面形态、化学结构、结晶度及靛蓝的上染率的影响。结果表明,碱处理后的木棉纤维重量下降、吸湿率降低,当碱液浓度为1 g/L-15 g/L,90℃碱处理后的木棉纤维的上染率较30℃碱处理后的纤维的上染率低。
At room temperature and high temperature alkali treatment to kapok fiber, meaturing fiber's weight loss and moisture absorption, using infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-diffraction spectrum, dyeing rate and other analytical tools, study the influence on kapok fiber's surface morphology, chemical structure, crystallinity and UV-spectrophotometry.The results show that fiber's weight loss and moisture absorption decreases and when alkali concentration ranged from 1g/L to 15 g/L, dye uptake rate at 90 ℃ is lower than treatment at 30℃. Kapok fiber's surface shows noticeable grooves at high temperature alkali treatment.
