摘要
采用对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(Methyl methacrylate,MMA)和烯丙醇为原料,通过酯交换法合成了甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯。产物经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和质谱表征。考察了催化剂种类及用量、原料摩尔比、反应时间和阻聚剂用量对反应转化率的影响。当采用对甲苯磺酸为催化剂且其用量为反应物MMA与烯丙醇总质量的3.0%,MMA与烯丙醇的摩尔比为3﹕1,阻聚剂吩噻嗪用量为反应物总质量的0.05%,反应时间为3.5 h时,反应转化率可达82%。
Allyl methacrylate was synthesized by transesterification of methylmethacrylate(MMA) with allyl alcohol using p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst. The product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy, 1H NMR and mass spectra. Effects of factors including catalyst and its amount, molar ratio of MMA to allyl alcohol, the reaction time and the amount of polymerization inhibitor on transesterification conversion rate were investigated. The conversion rate can reached up to 82% when the reaction conditions were as followings: p-toluenesulfonic acid was used as catalyst and its weight amount used was 3.0 % of the total weight of MMA and allyl alcohol, the molar ratio of MMA to allyl alcohol was 3﹕1, phenothiazine was used as the polymerization inhibitor and its amount was 0.05% of the total weight of MMA and allyl alcohol and the total reaction time was 3.5 h.
