摘要
在大规模定制环境下,纺织服装供应链成员间通过协作对客户订单进行决策及处理。考虑到纺织服装供应链采用模块化与定制化相结合(MTS+MTO)的生产方式,通过对纺织服装生产企业和供应商的利润函数分析,基于Nash均衡建立非合作策略下的纺织服装供应链订单决策一般模型。在此基础上,讨论纺织服装供应链成员间协商合作的情形对订单决策进行Pareto优化。分析表明,通过订单决策优化可确定最优定价和最佳交货期,在满足客户需求的同时为纺织服装供应链企业带来最大化利润。
In the environment of mass customization, the supply chain of textile and clothing make order decisions and process orders with members’ collaborations. Considering the supply chain use the production way of combining modular and customization, i.e. MTO + MTS, the profit function of manufacturing and supplying is analyzed, and then the general model of order decision is established with non cooperative strategy based on Nash equilibrium. Moreover, considering the collaboration between the supply chain members, the order decision is optimized by Pareto optimization. Analysis shows that through the order decision optimization, the supply chain of textile and clothing can determine the best price and the best delivery time, and which maximize profits for the enterprises in the supply chain and meet the needs of customers.
