摘要
我国课程领导的理论和实践是随着课程改革的推进而逐渐发展的,科学有效的课程领导对于推进高校课程建设、提升高等教育质量具有积极意义。目前,我国的课程领导陷入困境,这与课程领导相关利益主体的行为密切相关。文章从课程领导的涵义着手,基于利益相关者的视角从高校领导、教师、学生三个利益主体的维度上分析其角色、功能的错失,并提出相应策略,以帮助高校走出课程领导困境。
Since the theory and practice of our curriculum leadership is gradually developing with the propulsion of curriculum reform, scientific and effective curriculum leadership have positive significance to push the construction of college curriculum and upgrade the quality of higher education. At present, our curriculum leadership has been in a dilemma, which is closely related to the action of stakeholders of curriculum leadership. This thesis begins with the meaning of curriculum leadership, and analyzes the delinquency of the roles and functions of curriculum leadership from the perspective of three stakeholders, respectively college leaders, teachers and students. Finally, it puts forward corresponding strategies aimed at help colleges to break through the dilemma of curriculum leadership.
