摘要
果实品质的形成和调控已成为果树学研究的一个重要领域。糖类物质是构成果实品质的重要因素。本文综述了果实糖类物质组成、动态变化及其代谢的研究进展,并指出了今后的研究方向。
In recent years, the formation and regulation of fruit quality has become an import research field in pomology and sugar component is one of elements comprising fruit quality. In this paper, the composition, dynamic change, and metabolism of sugar were summarized. Meanwhile, some new research programs in this field were suggested.
