摘要
高校教学管理人员的素质决定高校教学管理水平,影响高校人才培养的质量;本文从目前高校教学管理人员的现状着手,分析了高校教学管理人员素质参差不齐的原因和作为教学管理人员应具备的素质,并就如何提高教学管理人员素质提出了几点看法。
The teaching managers’ quality in Universities decides the teaching management level.It also affects the quality of personnel training.This article began from the present situation of teaching managers to analyze the reason why the teaching managers have different quality and the quality which the teaching managers should master in university.This article also gave some advice on how to improve the quality of teaching managers.
