氮、磷、钾对潍坊青萝卜硝酸盐含量的影响研究

摘要 用无土栽培法研究了氮、磷、钾对潍坊青萝卜硝酸盐含量的影响。结果表明:萝卜硝酸盐含量随着氮浓度的增大而提高,130mg/kg、230mg/kg和330mg/kg三个浓度间萝卜硝酸盐含量的差异极显著;磷不足或过量使用均能显著地提高萝卜的硝酸盐含量,磷浓度80mg/kg时的萝卜硝酸盐含量最低;萝卜硝酸盐含量随着钾浓度的增大而降低,140mg/kg和500mg/kg处理间的萝卜硝酸盐含量差异显著;氮、磷、钾配合施肥有利于降低萝卜的硝酸盐含量。根据生食蔬菜的硝酸盐含量低于432mg/kg的标准要求,潍坊青萝卜无土栽培中的氮、磷、钾适宜施肥浓度为:氮(N)【130mg/kg、磷(P2O5)80mg/kg左右、钾(K2O)320mg/kg左右。 The article studied the effect of nitrogen, phosphorus and kalium’ concentration on the nitrate content in Weifang green radish using substrate gutter systems. The result showed that, the nitrate content heightened as nitrogen’ concentration increasing and there was a significantly difference of nitrate content among three nitrogen’ concentration of 130mg/kg、230mg/kg and 330mg/kg.It would result in nitrate content’heightening when phosphorus concentration was lower or higher and the nitrate content was the lowest when phosphorus concentration was 80mg/kg and the nitrate content falled as kalium’concentration increasing and there was a significantly difference of nitrate content between kalium’ concentrations of 140mg/kg and 500mg/kg.It could reduce the nitrate content in radish when nitrogen cooperated with phosphorus and kalium in fertilizing. According to the standard that the nitrate content in unprocessed vegetables is lower then 432mg/kg, the feasible concentration of nitrogen(N)was lower than 130mg/kg and the feasible concentration of phosphorus (P2O5)was about 80mg/kg and the feasible concentration of kalium(K2O)is about 320mg/kg.
