关于校内实训基地实行股份制经营的思考

Understanding about Management of Carrying on Shareholding System on Training Base in Schools

本文针对当前部分职业院校的校内实训基地缺乏科学、有效的管理,难以为学生提供稳定可靠的实训环境,很难形成自我滚动发展的运行机制的现状,提出了借鉴现代企业股份制管理的模式,旨在对校内实训基地的管理和运行方式进行创新,尝试探索一条既能保证学生实训效果,又能保证实训基地健康、持续、滚动发展的新路子。

This article carries on innovation to the management of the base and operation way on the training base in school by drawing lessons from the modern enterprises shareholding system management.In some vocational universities and colleges,the training bases lack of scientic and effective management.At present,it is difficult to offer students steady and reliable training environment,so the operating mechanism is diffcult to form.we try to explore a new way that guarantee not only the training effect but also the healthy,losting and rolling development of training base.
