监视键盘和鼠标的动作,当其空闲时间达到设定值时,用delphi7.0编程实现Windows2000/XP/2003及以上版本的系统自动关机,以节约用电。
By monitoring the motion of keyboard and mouse, the windows OS, including 2000/XP/2003 and higher edition, can be shut down intelligently,through the software programmed by Delphi 7.0, when the idle time reach the setting value. The aim is to save power.
