摘要
对学生进行综合评价是学生管理中的一项重要工作,传统的评价方法往往难以将定量分析与定性分析相结合.本文以学生干部选拔为例,研究了"层次分析法"在学生综合评价中的应用,为加强规范化管理提供借鉴.
It is an important work in the student management to give comprehensive evaluation to students.However,the traditional evaluation methods can hardly combine quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis.Taking the example of students cadres selecting,this paper does some research on the application of the Analytic Hierarchy Process in students’ comprehensive evaluation,and provides reference on strengthening the standardized management.
