当前,随着经济社会的快速发展,城镇化进程越来越快,新农村建设已拉开大幕。如何把每一个村镇都建设成自己居住环境的亮点,是坚持"以人为本",树立全面协调、可持续的科学发展观,统筹城乡发展、统筹经济社会发展、统筹人与自然和谐发展的具体体现。在新农村建设中树立环境艺术意识,在村镇规划建设中导入环境设计的理念,在加快农村建设的同时体现环境艺术,是构建和谐社会的必然要求。

Presently,with the fast development of the economy and the society,the urbanization is quicker than before,so the new rural construction has begun.How to construct each small town into the luminescent spot of own environment is a special manifest to persist humanist,to set up comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable scientific development view,to overall plans for the development of the city and the countryside,for the development of the economy and the society,for the harmonious development of the person and the nature.It is the inevitably request of constructing the harmonious society to set up the environment art consciousness,to induct the environment design view in the plan construction of the town,to manifest the environment art simultaneously in the rural reconstruction.
