摘要
该研究用杂交玉米淀粉为主要原料,以氧化变性为基础,配合酯化、塑化剂塑化等二次变性,制备不同结构,不同变性程度的淀粉。并与目前我省常用的纺织浆料用酰胺淀粉作对照,进行了粘度、与PVA的互溶性、浆液的粘附力、浆膜性能等试验。结果表明:变性淀粉BMS优于酰胺淀粉,为开发优质浆料品种提供了重要途径。
This study uses the hybrid corn starch as the raw material and takes oxidation denaturation as the foundation, with the esterification, two denaturations of the plasticizing agent plastination, to crank out the different structures, different levels of denatured starch. It carries on the comparison with the amide starch which is commonly used in the textile serosity in our province, carrying on the test of the viscosity, the solubility of PVA, the conglutinant ability of the slurry, and the serous membrane capability test. The results indicate that denatured starch BMS surpasses the amide starch, provide an important avenue for the development of high -quality pulp varieties
