摘要
目前,差异化营销策略是企业特别注重实施的策略。企业若能卓有成效地实施这一策略,就需要对影响其的重要因素进行认真分析。本文在阐明了差异化营销策略的涵义、明确了进行重要因素分析的意义的基础上,对顾客、竞争者和企业自身等重要因素进行了分析。
The enterprises differential marketing strategy is the strategy which focuses on implementing. The enterprises need to analysis its major affecting factors to implement the strategy successfully. This paper expounds the meaning of the differential marketing strategy, and explicates the significance of the analysis on its major factors. Then, on this basis, it analyses the major factors on customers, competitors and enterprises, and other important factors.
